These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website pep-tek.com and all associated services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by PepTek LLC (“PepTek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features — including placing orders, managing subscriptions, participating in our affiliate program, and accessing tier-based membership benefits — you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Products & Research Use

All products sold through pep-tek.com are intended strictly for research and laboratory use only. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or as drugs, food additives, or cosmetics. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and agree to this designation.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by PepTek. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms. We currently accept major credit cards and Bitcoin. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. PepTek is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and strict quality-control requirements, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@pep-tek.com within 7 days of delivery. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Subscribe & Save

Subscription orders are recurring shipments at the interval you select. You may skip, pause, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled shipment. No refunds are issued for shipments already dispatched.

8. Affiliate & Partner Program

Participation in the PepTek Partner Program is subject to application and approval. Affiliates earn commission on qualifying orders attributed to their referral code or tracked link. Commission rates, cookie windows, payout thresholds, and payout schedules are detailed in your affiliate dashboard. PepTek reserves the right to modify program terms, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account for violation of program policies or these Terms.

9. Membership & Loyalty Tiers

PepTek offers tier-based membership benefits including shipping savings and exclusive discounts. Tier status is determined by qualifying purchase volume and is subject to the rules published on the site. Benefits may change at any time at PepTek’s discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on pep-tek.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of PepTek LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without authorization
  • Resell products in a manner that misrepresents their intended use

The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PepTek does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepTek LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any products purchased through it.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PepTek LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
